Ongwanada's board room, auditorium and meeting rooms are available for public use both during and after regular operating hours (based on availability and impact to daily operations). Facilities are available free of charge to most non-profit organizations, although a small fee is charged for special or after-hours set up. For-profit organizations may also use Ongwanada's facilities for a nominal fee.
Audio-visual equipment is available and refreshments can be ordered through Ongwanada's Nutrition Services Department. Requests for use of facilities should be submitted in writing to:
