Cytogenetics and DNA Research Laboratory

The research team at the Ongwanada Resource Centre collaborates internationally in the study of genetic disorders associated with developmental disabilities with a special interest in autism, Fragile X syndrome and other X-linked disorders, Down's syndrome, manic depression, learning disabilities, and psychiatric genetic disorders. The laboratory does research searching for genes for Autism Spectrum Disorders and X-linked forms of developmental disability. To participate, please register at www.autismresearch.ca
