Adult Protective Services (APS)
Based in Napanee, the Adult Protective Services program supports people with developmental disabilities who are living on their own, to live as independently and safely as possible in the community. The APSW (Adult Protective Services Worker) works directly with the person to assist them in strengthening their capacity to manage and acquire the skills necessary for daily living, and help them enhance their support network, awareness of generic community-based resources and government funded services and supports.
